DORTMUND, Germany : England and the Netherlands each made one change to their starting lineups for Wednesday’s Euro 2024 semi-final, with England bringing Marc Guehi back into defence and the Dutch giving a start to Donyell Malen in attack.

Guehi returns for England after missing the quarter-final through suspension and replaces Ezri Konsa, while in attack manager Gareth Southgate sticks with captain Harry Kane despite a string of poor performances.

Kieran Trippier stays in the side with fit-again left back Luke Shaw on the bench, as England try to shake off their slump in form and reach their second successive Euros final to face Spain.

The Netherlands are chasing a place in a Euros final for the first time since their 1988 victory and brought in Malen to replace Steven Bergwijn, who was taken off at halftime in their quarter-final win over Turkey.

Malen missed that game and his last appearance was in the second round, when he came as a substitute and scored two late goals in the Netherlands’ 3-0 rout of Romania.
