Punjab’s Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann, highlights the increasing attraction of global companies investing in the state as he laid the foundation stone for a new cattle feed plant. This development follows a significant investment announcement by the Netherlands-based company ‘De Heus’ in Punjab, with the plant set to be established in Rajpura at a cost of Rs 138 crore and expected to be operational by 2025, promising employment opportunities for the youth. The program saw the presence of Netherlands Ambassador Marisa Gerards, and CM Bhagwant Mann reaffirmed the government’s commitment to boosting employment and agricultural business in the state, describing ‘De Heus’ as just the beginning of such investments.
